The Three types of Services we offer are :

1. Let Only

This service enables the Landlord to take full responsibility for the management of their property once the contract has been signed. The tenants deal directly with their landlord for all their concerns and requirements. 1-2-1Property Lets will find suitable tenants for your property and set up contracts with the terms agreed. We will also deal with any Tenancy Deposits as required.

2. Part Management

In addition to finding suitable tenants, setting up contracts and dealing with tenancy deposits, 1-2-1 Property Lets will also collect the rent each month and be the calling point for tenants to register any problems or issues arising from the property. We will then contact the landlord providing details of any maintenance/repairs or issues arising. It is the Landlords responsibility to deal with these concerns.

3. Full Management

1-2-1 Property Lets will deal with all the marketing, letting, signing of contracts, tenancy deposits, rent collection and any problems or issues arising from the property. We will also deal with all general maintenance and repairs using qualified/experienced personnel.
