1-2-1 Property Lets aim is to work with both the Tenants and Landlords to come up with an agreement suitable for both.
Listed below are some of the arrangements we have with some of our Landlords for various properties shown in our featured section.
No Deposit – no deposit is required.
½ Summer Rent – Pay half the rent for the months of July and August.
No Rent Last Month - Your last months’ stay at the property is rent free.
New Beds / Furniture – If you see a property you like but the furnishings are not up to standard (worn beds, broken wardrobe , needs painting etc) we will liaise with the landlord for replacements or arrange for any re-decorating to be done.
If you like a property but there is something that is missing (e.g. satellite dish, aerial etc) – talk to us and we will check to see if this can be arranged.
